We took Trevor out to dinner tonight (partly to celebrate Margaret’s birthday, partly just because), and at our favorite Thai restaurant we noticed a new message at the bottom of the specials. It read, “We would like to thank you our customers that support us in the past year. We will try harder to sever you better.”
Now, that’s what I call a commitment to quality.
