Dianne DiPiazza of Dinctype memorializes Joe Strummer with a distressed stencil typeface, and observes the holiday season with Emmanuel, an informal script. At Blambot, Nate Piekos releases Detectives, Inc. an all-caps (with reduced sized glyphs for lower-case) typeface as the January font of the month. And No Images Fonts has just released Iron League (in the modish alchemical style of which the canonical example is Emigre’s Mason by Jonathan Barnbrook). Iron League is PC-only at the moment, but that’s not a problem for users of Mac OS X.
