Time For An Update?

Seems as though the Bad Guys have devised a way to induce Safari to generate pop-behind windows, even when the “block pop-ups” preference is checked.

I’m just saying. . . .

Yes-- I don't know how it's done, of course, but it's happened more than once lately that something has turned off Safari's pop-up blocking without my consent. Ish.

It's not just Safari, but other browsers AND OSes including Firefox, Mozilla, OmniWeb, and Camino. It's a new subversive tactic.
