Log Picking
My referrers logs include the usual searches for “random thoughts,” “plural of impetus,” new contenders “wedding sermon” and “wedding blessing” (neither is in the top ten results, so some folks are searching pretty diligently), old favorite “forgiveness,” now “iPod Nano protective cover,” and — “Frank Paynter smoking” (no kidding). Frank, you should know someone’s checking up on you.

Well, I quit smoking in 1985 and foreswore tobacco in 1986 and really haven't missed any of that for years and years. In 1985, my boys were about to turn six and I figured enough was enough... I didn't want to be modeling bad behavior and I wanted to live a few more years.
Still, when I express my opinions it's not uncommon for people to ask, "What is he smoking?" Thanks for the heads up AKMA!

Hey, I was just watching his back. For all I knew, someone was evaluating his fitness as a dog guardian, and I felt obligated to make sure he knew that if he had ever written about illicit smokery, the DEA might break down his door in the middle of the night and try to take Molly away from him.
I promise, if anyone ever comes here searching for "Jeneane Sessum terroristic threats against pigs," I’ll let you know right away. . . .
