I got a decent sleep last night, thank heaven, and although I definitely have a cold, it’s not the very bad one that some people have experienced this year. As I noted over on BlueSky, I just had that fantastic experience of taking a shower, under delicious hot water, and feeling as though nothing was wrong and I had, through superpowers, banished illness & could resume regular activities. Beautiful illusion while it lasted.
Wrote the first part of my sermon for Christmas Eve, should take a nap in a bit, should get outside for a walk later on (maybe reverse the order of those two), revisit the sermon.
