On my ‘day off’, I ran my morning miles to a good time (almost the same time as my last two runs, which spells ‘p-l-a-t-e-a-u’ in my book). Coffee and fruit, showered and dressed, Morning Prayer, a second cup at Costa to talk to my baptismal candidate, picked up a sandwich deal at the Co-op, then to St Helen’s for the wedding we rehearsed last evening, then home for an online appointment.
But I think the ‘off’ part of the day has begun, and I’m unwinding with Margaret.
